Section 63-3-210 - Violation of part

(a) Any person who practices in this state without having first complied with this part commits a Class C misdemeanor; provided, however, that, for a period of one (1) year after January 1, 2006, an offense under this section shall only result in a warning and such person shall have thirty (30) days to comply with this part.(b) The board of registration in podiatry shall inform persons to be regulated by this part of the regulations to be imposed by this part.Acts 2005, ch. 380, § 1.
