A licensed orthotist or prosthetist may utilize one (1) or more non-licensed persons to assist in:(1) The performance of minor repairs on devices which have been previously dispensed to patients; and(2) The performance of other tasks approved by the board of podiatric medical examiners.Added by 2017 Tenn.
