Section 63-32-108 - Assessment of costs

The department of health shall assess boards of providers that they regulate for the costs reasonably associated with providing the services and information pursuant to this chapter. Further, the department shall provide the cost to the department of commerce and insurance that is associated with providing the services and information relative to the board of pharmacy and managed care organizations. The department of commerce and insurance shall assess the cost to the providers that the department regulates. These costs shall be assessed in compliance with § 9-4-5117 and § 56-1-310.Acts 1998, ch. 1073, § 8.
