All proceedings for disciplinary action against a licensee or certificate holder under this chapter shall be conducted in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1957, ch. 32, § 27; 1981, ch. 99, § 14; T.C.A., § 63-555.
