(a) The titles 'licensed acupuncturist' or 'ADS' may be used by persons certified under this part. No person who is not properly licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy shall use certification under this part to identify such person as a doctor or physician.(b) Each person certified to practice acupuncture shall post the certificate in a conspicuous location at such person's place of practice.Acts 2000, ch. 685, § 12.
