A survey of the institution or institutions and agencies with which the school is to be affiliated shall be made by the executive director or by a qualified nurse appointed for this purpose by the board. The school shall submit a written report to the board. If, in the opinion of the board, the requirements for an approved school are found to be met, the board shall approve such school and designate it as an approved school of nursing.Acts 1967, ch. 78, § 27; T.C.A., § 63-755; Acts 2005, ch. 387, § 11.
