Section 63-9-118 - Mandatory disclosure of career fatigue for initial licensure prohibited

The board shall not require an applicant for licensure pursuant to this title to disclose career fatigue, as defined in § 63-1-173, as a requirement for initial licensure. Physicians who experience career fatigue are encouraged to seek services from the Tennessee Medical Foundation or a similar entity, or private counseling services.Added by 2024 Tenn.
