The board of directors of the authority shall report annually to the governing bodies of the various counties, cities and towns in the area and to the state. Such reports shall include, but not be limited to, statements of financial receipts and expenditures, a summary of activities and accomplishments for the period and proposed plans for the next year and for five (5) subsequent years.Acts 1973, ch. 409, § 6; T.C.A., § 66-1-206.
