(a) This part shall be considered supplemental and additional to any and all other laws and confers sufficient authority in and of itself for the purposes set forth in this part.(b) This part shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose of facilitating the development of the resources of the Chickasaw basin.Acts 1973, ch. 409, § 13; T.C.A., § 66-1-213.
