The board of directors of the agency shall report annually to the governor, and to the governing bodies of the various counties, towns and incorporated municipalities of the region. The reports shall include a statement of financial receipts and expenditures and a summary of all activities and accomplishments for the period and proposed plans for the next year.Acts 1968, ch. 460, § 9; T.C.A., § 66-1-509.
