The board of directors of the agency shall report annually to the governor and shall likewise report annually to the governing bodies of the various counties, towns and incorporated municipalities of the area. Such reports shall include a statement of financial receipts and expenditures and a summary of all activities and accomplishments for the period and proposed plans for the next year.Acts 1965, ch. 80, § 6; T.C.A., § 66-1-606.
