(a) There is hereby created the Carroll County watershed authority to exercise the powers granted in this part in and with respect to all of Carroll County.(b) The Carroll County watershed authority, cited as the 'authority' in this part, shall be a body politic and corporate.Acts 1984, ch. 680, § 1; 2000, ch. 958, § 1.
