Section 64-1-806 - Exemption from taxation

During the time that title to land or rights in land are held by the authority, they are exempt from all taxes levied by the state or any of its political subdivisions or instrumentalities of either; and all other property and activities of the authority are similarly exempt.Acts 1984, ch. 680, § 6.
