Section 64-10-205 - Advisory committee

(a) The board may appoint an advisory committee consisting of one (1) member from each county that is a member of the authority.(b) If appointed by the board, it shall be the duty of the advisory committee to consult with and advise the board regarding the operation and financial management of the authority.Added by 2013 Tenn.
