Section 64-5-104 - Election of officers

The board, at its organizational meeting and annually thereafter, shall elect one (1) of its members to the office of chair, one (1) of its members to the office of vice chair and one (1) of its members to the office of secretary-treasurer.Acts 1986, ch. 789, § 4; 2012, ch. 1033, § 3.
