Section 65-1-112 - Copies of records

For a copy of any record on file in its office, the Tennessee public utility commission shall charge and receive the same fees that are charged by the secretary of state for similar services, and shall convey into the state treasury any amount so received.Acts 1995, ch. 305, § 5; T.C.A. § 65-1-212.
