Section 65-10-204 - Jurisdiction to enforce lien

The liens provided for in § 65-10-201 may be enforced by suit brought against such railroad company in the circuit or chancery court of the county where the work or material, or any part thereof, was done or furnished, or any part of the services was rendered.Acts 1891, ch. 98, § 2; Shan., § 3583; Code 1932, § 8005; T.C.A.
