Section 65-15-105 - Interstate commerce and government business excepted

Neither this part nor any provision thereof shall be construed to regulate or apply to commerce with foreign nations, or commerce among the several states of the United States, or to business conducted for the government of the United States, except insofar as the same may be permitted under the Constitution of the United States and the acts of congress.Acts 1933, ch. 119, § 19; C.
