Section 65-15-202 - Effect of valid safety sticker

In enforcing its jurisdiction under this part, the department shall give appropriate consideration to vehicles marked with a valid safety sticker in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance in its Memorandum of Understanding dated July 10, 1985, and subsequent amendments to such Memorandum of Understanding.Acts 1986, ch. 748, § 8; 1995, ch. 305, § 30.
