Section 65-17-112 - Chapter applicability

This chapter shall apply in the geographical boundaries of local governments whose local legislative bodies adopt local legislation pursuant to § 65-17-105. Once adopted, local legislation may only be revoked by the same method used to adopt it. Acts 2018, ch. 825, § 12.
