Section 65-19-206 - Additional registration fees

The additional registration fees imposed by § 55-4-112 do not apply to any passenger motor vehicle used in a ridesharing arrangement, regardless of any compensation paid to the owner or driver of such a vehicle, unless the vehicle is also used to transport passengers for hire for other purposes.Acts 1984, ch. 557, § 6.
