Section 65-2-114 - Petitions for rehearing in contested cases

Any party to a contested case who deems to be aggrieved by a final order of the commission and who desires to have the same modified or set aside may within fifteen (15) days after the entry of such order file with the commission a written petition for rehearing, which shall specify in detail the grounds for the relief sought in the petition and authorities in support.Acts 1953, ch. 162, § 13 (Williams, § 5501.36); T.C.A.
