Section 65-2-115 - Effect of filing of petition for rehearing

The filing of a petition for rehearing shall not suspend or delay the effective date of the commission's order, and the order shall take effect on the date fixed by the commission and shall continue in effect unless and until the petition is granted or until the order is superseded, modified, or set aside in a manner provided by law.Acts 1953, ch. 162, § 14 (Williams, § 5501.37); T.C.A.
