Section 65-2-119 - Proceedings upon granting of petition for rehearing

Upon the granting of a petition for rehearing by the commission, the commission shall set the matter for rehearing as soon as practicable. In disposing of matters on rehearing, the commission shall have all the powers and shall follow the procedures of the chancery courts with reference to the disposition of rehearings in such courts, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.Acts 1953, ch. 162, § 18 (Williams, § 5501.41); T.C.A.
