Cooperatives and foreign corporations transacting business in this state pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed to be not-for-profit cooperatives and nonutilities, and, except as provided in § 65-25-122, exempt in all respects from the jurisdiction and control of the Tennessee public utility commission.Amended by 2017 Tenn.
