Section 65-28-105 - Safety standards

All pipeline systems used in this state shall be constructed, operated and maintained in such a manner as to at all times be in compliance with the defined minimum safety standards and amendments thereto, as well as such additions and amendments as may be ordered by the commission from time to time.Acts 1970, ch. 558, § 2; T.C.A., § 65-2805; Acts 1995, ch. 305, § 36.
