Section 65-28-111 - Default in payment of fees and penalties

The default in payment of fees and civil penalties, penalties therefor, suits for collection, counsel fees and liens for any fees and penalties in case of default in the payment of any such fee or part thereof, as provided for in this chapter, shall be governed by §§ 65-4-308 and 65-4-309.Acts 1970, ch. 558, § 15; T.C.A., § 65-2818.
