The secretary of state shall charge and collect for the filing of:(1) Articles of incorporation, twenty-five dollars ($25.00);(2) Articles of amendment, fifteen dollars ($15.00);(3) Articles of consolidation or merger, fifteen dollars ($15.00);(4) Articles of conversion, fifteen dollars ($15.00);(5) Certificate of election to dissolve, fifteen dollars ($15.00);(6) Articles of dissolution, fifteen dollars ($15.00); and(7) Certificate of change of principal office, five dollars ($5.00).Acts 1961, ch. 330, § 28; T.C.A., § 65-2920.
