Section 65-3-118 - Fees of sheriff or constable executing process

The sheriff or constable executing any process issued under this chapter and chapter 5 of this title shall receive such compensation as may be allowed by the department of transportation, not to exceed the fees prescribed by law for similar services.Acts 1897, ch. 10, § 10; Shan., § 3059a35; Code 1932, § 5411; T.C.A.
