Section 65-3-122 - Limitation of actions

All prosecutions or actions under this chapter and chapter 5 of this title shall be commenced within one (1) year after the offense has been committed or the cause of action has accrued, or the same shall be barred.Acts 1897, ch. 10, § 26; Shan., § 3059a58; Code 1932, § 5434; T.C.A.
