Section 65-30-112 - Penalty

Any person or the officer, agent or employee of any organization who willfully violates any provisions of this chapter or of any rule, regulation or order adopted thereunder, or who willfully procures, aids or abets any violation of such a provision, commits a Class C misdemeanor.
