The Tennessee public utility commission has jurisdiction to hear and resolve any disputes concerning the boundaries of the current geographic territories of nonconsumer owned electric systems. The commission may promulgate and enforce appropriate rules not inconsistent with this chapter.Amended by 2017 Tenn.
