Section 65-4-302 - Fee in addition to other taxes and fees

The fee provided for in this part shall be paid by the public utility in addition to any and all property, franchise, license, and other taxes, fees, and charges fixed, assessed, or charged by law against such utility.Acts 1921, ch. 107, § 2; Shan.
