Section 65-6-109 - Right-of-way authorized

The corporation shall have the right, in pursuance of the general law authorizing the condemnation of private property for works of internal improvement, to appropriate as an easement a right-of-way, not exceeding two hundred feet (200'), over the land of any person through which the line of the track may be located.Acts 1875, ch. 142, § 6; Shan., § 2413; Code 1932, § 4003; T.C.A.
