Section 66-11-125 - Maintaining an action on a contract not precluded

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent any lienor under any contract from maintaining an action on the contract as if the lienor had no lien for the security of the lienor's debt, and the bringing of the action shall not prejudice the lienor's rights under this chapter.Code 1932, § 7940; T.C.A.
