Section 66-11-133 - Adjudication of conflicting rights in consolidated proceeding

The court is authorized to adjudicate, in a consolidated proceeding, the conflicting rights of the parties claiming liens, among themselves; and to enforce the same according to priorities, if any.Amended by 2020 Tenn.
