Section 66-12-104 - Priority of landlord's liens

The liens in §§ 66-12-101 - 66-12-103 shall all be upon equality, but all shall be superior to all other encumbrances, lien, levy, or contract, on the crops, regardless of the date of such other encumbrance, lien, levy, or contract.Acts 1923, ch. 71, § 4; Shan.
