The lien provided for in § 66-12-113 shall exist three (3) months from November 15 of the year in which the labor is performed; provided, that an account of such labor rendered be sworn to before some court of general sessions, or clerk of the court issuing the writ of attachment.Acts 1879, ch. 15, § 2; Shan., § 3568; mod.
