Section 66-13-102 - Duration

The lien created in § 66-13-101 shall only extend to and protect those claims as may have accrued within three (3) months of the bringing of any suit for the enforcement of the lien, and shall continue during the pendency of any suit brought for its enforcement.Acts 1883, ch. 18, §§ 1, 2; 1897, ch. 78, § 2; Shan., §3565; mod.
