The pleading of the lienor shall be in writing, on oath, stating:(1) By whom and for what boat the debt was contracted;(2) The items composing the debt;(3) That it is justly due and unpaid; and(4) That demand has been made of one (1) of the defendants, or of the captain or agent of the defendants, being at the time in the county.Code 1858, § 3551 (deriv.
