Section 66-19-203 - Joinder of plaintiffs in suit

Any two (2) or more of such creditors or claimants may join in the same warrant; and any such who has not joined may be made a party plaintiff in the suit, on motion, before the trial; and in such case the party shall be liable in all things, just as the party would have been had the party originally joined in the suit.Code 1858, § 3557 (deriv.
