Section 66-28-520 - Towing of nuisance vehicles

Any nuisance vehicle located on or about the premises of real property that has been leased or rented for residential purposes may be towed or otherwise removed from such premises by the landlord upon giving twenty-four (24) hours written notice by posting the same upon the subject vehicle.Acts 1999, ch. 284, § 1.
