Section 66-32-138 - Delivery of required renewal documentation and fees

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, all documentation and fees which are a prerequisite to the renewal of a license or registration shall be delivered to the commission no later than sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of the license or registration.Acts 2000, ch. 861, § 1.
