Section 67-1-1417 - Time and place of sale

The time of sale shall not be less than ten (10) days nor more than forty (40) days from the time of giving public notice under § 67-1-1415. The place of sale shall be within the county in which the property is seized, except by special order of the commissioner or the commissioner's delegate.Acts 1972, ch. 762, § 4; T.C.A., § 67-6014.
