Section 67-1-1613 - Report and deposit of revenues by clerk of court

The clerk of the circuit court, immediately after receiving any money due to the state from delinquent collectors of revenue, shall report the amount, and from whom and when received, and immediately deposit the money in the state treasury.Code 1858, § 743 (deriv.
