(a) A certified service provider and the department shall comply with the privacy policy of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement, and the policy is enforceable by the attorney general and reporter.(b) Returns and tax information of a Model 1 seller may be disclosed to the seller's certified service provider.
