Section 67-4-1611 - Severability

If any provision of this part or the application of this part to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the part that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to that end this part is declared to be severable.Acts 1991, ch. 451, § 88.
