In the event that any assessor of property fails to properly carry out the assessor of property's duties in accordance with this part, all compensation to such assessor shall be discontinued pursuant to § 67-5-305.Acts 1982, ch. 818, § 2; T.C.A., § 67-659; Acts 2008, ch. 971, § 1.
