Section 67-5-2305 - Injunctions

The courts of law and equity in this state are expressly authorized and empowered to enjoin at the instance of the several officials enumerated in § 67-5-2304 the cutting, severing, hauling, carrying away or sawing of any timber on or taken from any lands subject to liens for delinquent taxes.Acts 1945, ch. 76, § 6; C.
