Section 67-5-2515 - Reference to tax deed deemed reference to an order of confirmation of sale

Any reference in this code to a tax deed with respect to property sold for delinquent taxes shall also be deemed a reference to an order of confirmation of sale entered in a delinquent tax lawsuit with respect to the property in question.Amended by 2014 Tenn.
